Double Victory for Norman KTM Factory Juniors in Arco di Trento

Norman KTM Factory Juniors enjoyed a perfect weekend during the EMX125 round in Arco di Trento. With a dominant victory for Moritz Ernecker and a strong second place for Ricardo Bauer, the team secured an impressive one-two finish at the MXGP of Trentino.

Moritz Ernecker set the tone early by posting the fastest time in qualifying and carried that momentum into the races. Both on Saturday, under sunny conditions, and on Sunday, when the track was cooler and overcast, the Austrian proved to be the strongest rider in the field. With two race wins, he convincingly claimed the overall victory.

Teammate Ricardo Bauer also delivered a strong performance. With a third-place finish in the first moto and a second-place finish in the second moto, he secured second overall, completing the team’s success.

Thanks to these results, Ernecker strengthens his lead in the EMX125 championship, with Bauer as his closest challenger in second place. The duo further extended their advantage over the competition, including Sleny Goyer, who currently sits third in the standings.

With momentum fully on their side, the Norman KTM Factory Juniors Team now looks ahead to the next round of the EMX125 championship, taking place on May 23–24 during the MXGP of France in Lacapelle-Marival.

Moritz Ernecker Wins EMX125 in Sardinia

Moritz Ernecker and Ricardo Bauer of the Norman KTM Racing Team once again showed their speed during the EMX125 round in Riola Sardo. For Ernecker, this resulted in overall victory, while Bauer made an impressive comeback after setbacks in the first moto.

Ernecker started the weekend strongly by setting the fastest time in his practice group. He carried this form into the first moto, where he started in second place and took over the lead halfway through the race, riding convincingly to victory.

In the second moto, the Austrian grabbed the holeshot and led for most of the race. In the closing stages he had to give up the lead, but his second-place finish was enough to secure the overall win. With these results, the KTM rider strengthens his leading position in the EMX125 championship.
Ricardo Bauer also demonstrated his speed by setting the fastest time in his practice group. The first moto started difficult for him, as he crossed the line in 24th place after the opening lap. With a strong charge through the field, he worked his way toward the top ten, but halfway through the race he was forced to retire.

Bauer bounced back excellently in the second moto. After starting just outside the top five, he rode a strong race and worked his way up to an impressive third-place finish.

Next weekend, the EMX125 Championship continues in Trentino, Italy.
